NOF's QCDR is intended for all providers and specialties caring for patients with osteoporosis. The registry allows for data to be downloaded from electronic health records, as well as entered manually, and in addition to allowing you to report on both PQRS measures and non-PQRS measures, it also allows you to report on and meet Value Based Modifier (VBM), Meaningful Use (MU) and Maintenance of Certification (MOC) requirements.

In addition the NOF QCDR  provides:

  • Timely custom continuous performance monitoring of your performance around these quality measures
  • Performance gap analysis and patient outlier identification to identify how to improve performance
  • Access to improvement interventions to close performance gaps including patient care management tools; targeted education; resources and other evidence-based interventions
  • Comparison versus registry benchmarks and peer-to-peer comparison to see how you are performing compared to others participating in the NOF QCDR
