The IGFS Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at the Hilton Denver City Center in Denver Colorado.


The meeting will begin at 11:00 am with networking and lunch in the Matchless Room. Followed by our Educational Program at 1:00 pm in the Mattie Silks room. The meeting will adjourn at 7:00 pm.  All meeting rooms are located in the Lower Level of the Hilton Denver City Center. 

 

The 2019 IGFS Annual Meeting has been approved for a maximum of 3.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.


This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the International Geriatric Fracture Society. The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

 

The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons designates this live activity for a maximum of 3.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

As a result of participation in this activity, participants will be able to:

1. Learn the results of new research, learn the results of clinical advances and learn how to expand the care provided in the orthopedic practice.               

2. Update basic knowledge and skills, exchange ideas with experts and peers in musculoskeletal care and analyze the health policy trends affecting patients and practice .

3. Assess the latest in orthopaedic equipment and services, provide opportunity to strengthen professional relationships and demonstrate surgical techniques

4. Facilitate evidence based improved outcomes in patients and practice.

 

 


The IGFS Annual Meeting is taking place in conjunction with The 2019 OTA Annual Meeting will take place September 25-28, 2019 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado.
